Bottle. There’s quite a few floaties in this one, it’s semi-clear and dark golden colored and topped by a small, beige head. The aroma has sure got alcohol, but at the same time it isn’t extreme. Dark sugar, caramel, resins and a fluor touch in flavor. Nice bitterness. It’s full-bodied, warming and with a nice carbonation level. Lasting sweet finish with a decent bitterness and quite a lot of sugars and caramel. I fail to see the use for this one, but it ain’t bad either. 151110

Bottle 375ml @ Geokkjer
Pours clear golden with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, oak, alcohol and dried fruits. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a long boozy, caramel, fruity and oak finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, bought @Mikkeller webshop. Pours murky amber with a small creamy beige film head. Aroma has sweet malts, caramel, wine gum. Medium carbonation, dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, vinious, caramel, sugar. Light oak and vanilla. A bit too sharp.

Not the beer for everyone, but one to be enjoyed by Barley Wine Ale enthusiasts. Color and aroma are excellent, with a pleasing finish. For the price, it beats out a lot off the more pricey high ABV barley wine ales.

375ml bottle pours a cloudy orange brown color with a small off-white head that leaves no lacing on the glass. Aroma is caramel and dark fruits with some woody notes and alcohol. Taste is a fruity and caramel malty sweetness with a herbal hop bitterness and alcohol in the finish. Overall, this is much better than I can describe here, my favourite brew in this series. Very well done and nicely balanced. Definitely recommended.

Bottle shared at the chriso Easter 2015 tasting - London. Thanks to Kenny for this monster! Pours unclear gold with a frothy white head. The aroma has notes of varnish, peach, wood and alcohol. Big sweet flavor, boozy, with some melon, peach and marmalade. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine carbonation. Hot finish with more peach, marmalade and raw alcohol. So so.

Bottle, 37,5cL. Home. An orange opaque beer with brown hues ; medium white head ; poor retention ; very small bubbles. Fruity nose, powerful alcohol, raisin, wood, fig, vanilla. Medium to heavy sweet ; strange "nebula" balanced between "energy" and "air". Voluptuous body, medium oily texture, soft carbonation, fruity warming sugary finish. Overall, a beautiful beer ; convinced by this "cosmic dance" ; elegant.

Bottle shared at Guinn’s house. Pours a caramel light brown with no head. Aroma is malty, dark fruits, toffee. Slight nuttiness. Not as alcoholic as one would think. Sweet. A nice sipping beer.
