3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours hazy dark orange with a large off-white head leaving nice lacing. Aroma is oranges, caramel, raisins, barn and spices. Taste is sweet, quite spicy, some barn, oranges, alcohol, brett and medium bitter. Medium body and the carbonation is a bit too high. Nice, but a bit too sweet and alcoholic for me.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This really is funky. Smooth and piney hops with a hint of floral hops (that you might find in a traditional ale) which give it a hint of something artificial - like bubblegum. Very interesting.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled, BB 140318, large sample. Clear amber to copper color, medium frothy off-white head. Aroma of caramel malt, brett, some barnyard and horseblanket, hint of bubblegum, slight fruity hint, some flowery hop, chocolate, cookie. As it warms up, there are more and more aroma’s coming out, now some citrus and orange notes. Quite caramelly in taste, though not really as sweet, pretty firm bitterness actually. It is quite thick and malty though. Not really sour, but more bretty. Loads of toffee and caramel with a smell of brett. Interesting combination. Doesn’t feel really dry, more of a thick caramel fudge. Finish is not really strong in flavor, there is a sparkle from the carbonation, but it doesn’t really dry out that much.

This one was a surprise, I expected a beer, but instead I got some sweet apple juice. Suffice to say it was a letdown.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Light chestnut coloured with a very full head which is slightly tanned. Smells acidic/sour, barnyard, earthy, leather and a bit fruity. Taste at first fruity, then suddenly sour, then again fruity (apples, cherries, plums). Sweet finish with a medium bitterness and a flat carbonization.
For me, the exiting thing were the changes in taste from one second to another.
