Shared with Zach, tasted blindly and nailed it, a Belgian Sour, pours an unfiltered muddy brown color with a java head. Nose is tart with mild Brett. Taste is yeasty and offset in a sour tart background, a different mix than usual. Finish is on yeasty sour tart notes as well, different ! Quaff Score 7 / 10

Duft av friske frukter. Dunkel gulbrun farge. Dekkende skum, heng langs kant. Fin fruktig smak, med en ettersmak av karamell. God, drikkes gjerne igjen.

Aroma of malts, ripe fruits, caramel, yeast, barnyard, brett. Flavour is malty sweetness, yeast, some tartness, funky barnyard. Peculiar one, couldn’t really get a grip, but interesting and enjoyable.

Small bottle. Amber, lasting white head. Nose is apricot, brett, straw, pine hops. Flavour is great balance of sour and citrus/pine, dry finish. I think I’ll always rate these sours higher than average, maybe as much craft goes into a well made eurolager but whatever I’m a huge fan of wild beers.
