Pours clear yellow with a large white head. The aroma has lots of delicate floral / perfumy hops along with spice, mild citrus and a hint of bready malts in the back. It has a medium body that is fairly crisp and has a good amount of carbonation. The flavor starts off with the perfume / floral / smooth citrus hops for the aroma. There is a heavy pepper presence and a touch of malt sweetness. The finish has more spice, fresh cut grass and a bit of sulfur. Really nicely made IPA.

This was a really nice hoppy wheat. Some light funk with a sharp hop bite at the end. Tried at the Mikkeller bar in SF in 2014.

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2015 Tap @ Mikkeller bar Stockholm. Pours yellow, nice firm head. Aroma is citrus, wheat, and some brett. Taste is very nicely balanced, wheat has a nice input on the juicy hoppy citrus, and a very small tart acidity which balances out the bitterness.

Not much on the nose, a very pretty clarity to it, though tough to tell in the dimly-lit pub. Taste is an IPA with a bit of a funk or tartness to it. Really interesting, I wouldn’t pick it for a wheat beer at all. The more I sip, the more I like it.

God og meget let hvedeøl, der dog ikke er bitter som en 'rigtig' Næsten ingen eftersmag og lidt bleg farve.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar, SF. Clear gold, with a foamy white head. Aroma is funky and sour citrus fruit - great! Taste is incredible - sweet, sour, big citrus hops, sour/tart finish. Medium body, low carbonation. I loved this.

Draught at Blackback Pub, 3/15/14
Very pale, white gold body has just a touch of chill haze and a moderate white head that shows good retention.
Hops and brett vie for dominance in the nose, with the hops winning out slightly. Some very mild wheat-like tartness and a touch of mineral character hang in the background. Lemon, lime, starfruit and just a smattering of orange round out the hop presence in the nose. Quite aromatic, clean and very inviting...
Dry, very much so in the flavor, with soft, dry, almost nutty wheat notes giving foundation to the fruity and mildly tart brett notes while hop acids slowly build up on the tongue. Quite tangerine-like, as the citric hoppiness melds with the light pale malt sugars and gentle brett acids. Snappy, crisp carbonation keeps the palate very light and airy. Gets more interesting as it warms, with the hop flavor deepening, but also more malt sweetness growing on the palate. Very dry and very well-done.

Aroma is gentle citrus, orange rind, wheat sweetness. Appears pale golden opaque with good head retention. Taste is wett and citrusy with slight earthy quality but the yeast is most mostly additional fruitiness. Very even expression of all qualities on the palette, only slight lingering bitterness.
