Aroma is gentle citrus, orange rind, wheat sweetness. Appears pale golden opaque with good head retention. Taste is wett and citrusy with slight earthy quality but the yeast is most mostly additional fruitiness. Very even expression of all qualities on the palette, only slight lingering bitterness.

Clear straw/yellow color with nice white head, lacing glass. Interesting, wild aroma. Citrus, grapefruits, tropical fruits - mixed with Brett’s, grass, earth, village, barn, wheat. Very refreshing, semi dry, medium bitter taste. Citrus, grapefruits, oranges, lime mixed with earth’s, wheat, wildness in the background. Slightly sweet and acidic in the finish. Medium body with high/medium carbonation. Really nice, drinkable combination.

Draft at Black Back Fly Shop. Sparkling yellow with fast dying head. Aroma is lemons, wheat and light Brett. Flavor has more tartness then Brett flavor. Wheat base with a grassy hop in the finish. Mouthfeel is effervescent with the body on the lighter side.

The sweetness is balanced out by light hints of funky Brett. Overall I liked this for a pint but not something I would drink a lot of. Still very well made just not my thing.

Bottle from Hunger Mtn. Pours clear yellow golden with a big, clingy, lingering white head. Aroma is grass, pineapple, citrus, brett, candy sugar. Light wheat backbone with grapefruit, orange peel, mango hop flavors. A touch sweeter than I’d like.

11.2 oz bottle from Mile High Wine & Spirits. Gold and pretty clear with a lacy white head. Aroma of brett, earth, tart fruits, light sour, wheat, grass and bitter hops. Similar flavor, dry and funky barnyard flavor with medium bitterness. Average body, crisp feel with a dry finish. Nice funky IPA.

Bottled. This bee reminds me of an English gilden ale but more hoppy. Color and aroma similar to a golden ale. Taste is initial floral hops and becomes extremly hoppy in the finish leaving a dry hippy finish. Overall good, not so mind blowing, but hey, not bad at all!

Bottle. Aroma has some grassy hoppy bite in addition to wheaty phenols and evident barnyard. Yellow colour. Taste has clove and barnyard and some citrusy-piney hops. The balance is delicate and it is hard to sense everything at the same time. Nicely drinkable, refreshing and interesting. Very good.
