4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
11.2oz bottle. Hazy bright yellow-tan body, some fast rising carbonation bubbles. Big, steady, soapy, cloudy head. Lemon rind brett aroma, maybe some bright citrus hops as well, touch of catbox. Really nice beer. Pleasant, delicate mouthfeel, pronounced Brett, clean golden malt backdrop, and a steady citrus hop flavor. The brett is in no way test tubalicious, which makes it all the better to me. Kind of like Orval and a session IPA met. Great beer.

Bottle 0,33l. It pours crystal clear gold with a huge white foam head that disappears quickly. It smells pineapple, herbs and rotting fruit. Same for taste. Not good.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Looks.. A light, bright golden yellow, slight haze, medium fluffy head. Smells..green and tropical fruits, the bretty pong and earthy/wheat aromas perfectly equal. Tastes..immediately very fruity tropical as far as pineapple, yeast provides some sour hints, citrus and hop bitterness and some spice and vinous notes to finish. Makes you swear at how good it is.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours pale gold, almost straw. There’s a bit of haze, but it’s clearer than I was expecting. Nice white head. Dissipates a bit quickly, but that’s no big deal. Some lacing.
The aroma is an excellent mix of juicy, tropical fruit hops, wheat spice and barnyard brett funk. Hops are the main component and contribute freshly cut grass mixed with pineapple juice, mangoes and meyer lemons. The yeast aroma is rich with tasty brett notes. The funk blends into the hops well, and there’s a dry, clean, almost lager-ish note in there, as well. Though it takes a backseat to the other flavors, there’s also a sugarcane malt backbone with a healthy dose of wheat berry spiciness.
Like other brett IPAs, this is a nice dry beer, and I suspect it would get drier over time. There’s an initial dose of sweetness flavored by wheat spice and bright hoppiness, but the beer dries out quickly and the hops and yeast take over. There’s more tropical fruit hop flavor with some more fruit notes - sort of a grape-apricot blend - and lots of dry yeast funk. The finish is spicy, bitter and dry. Very drinkable stuff.
Mouthfeel is light. Lots of fine bubbles. Lasting finish.
I did not expect anything quite so good, but this is a really nice beer. It reminds me of Green Flash Rayon Vert, though it’s hoppier, has wheat, and the yeast profile is a bit different. In my opinion, White IPAs and brett IPAs are excellent trends, and this beer combines good qualities of both. I’d love to see an American brewery put something similar into year-round six packs.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from mane liquor. Pours a hazy yellow with a small white frothy head. Nose has loads of funk, champagne, earthy spices and herbal notes to it. Taste is zesty lemon, grassy hops and more champagne. Sweetness isn't overly huge either, quite balanced. Amazing summer beer!!

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours clear golden yellow with a short fluffy head and thin lacing. Upfront aroma of lemon zest, brett, touch of cheese and champagne. Flavour is immediate lemongrass, zest and a bit of white wine. Nice dry acidity to it. Gonna be a ripper of a summer beer.
