Sweet malt is taken over by the brettanomyces then comes a slight citrus hop aroma from this slightly hazy yellow brew with a slight head of white. Sweet at first then the tiny bubbles bring the flavor of the bretts along with a crisp lightish body. The slightly tart slightly salty gives way to a yeasty flavor then the aftertaste of slight bitterness comes in.

Bottle from la caisse de Bieres. Pours with no head. Aromas of yellow flowers. Gold colored body. Hazy once bottle is fully poured. Strong but Elegant bitterness in mouth with pleasant hops. Surprising for a wheat beer. Very good balance. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
