Well balanced beer considering it’s unorthodox styling. Earthy, soil aromas with hints of barnyard funk. Weiss reminiscent and tasty sweet. A different beer altogether, unsurprisingly.. Given mikeller penchant for point-of-difference beers

Bottle. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Grapefruit hop aromas? Bitter but with bland/nondescript hop notes. Some creaminess from the wheat with floral highlights. Not nearly as good asbthe sister beer. Average body and mouthfeel.

Bottle poured in tulip. This beer confuses me, it is very light, drinkable and doesn’t have the hops kick of an ipa. Nose is wheaty, slighty estery (banana) but does not seem to carry heavy aroma hops. Color is golden and the beer sit beautifully in the glas with a thin white head. Taste is a bit everywhere for me and I don’t super enjoy it. I’ve had other wheat pale ales (such as stone and wood pacific ale) that i though hit the mark. This one was a bit boring.

Blond beer with little saturation and a little bit of fine white foam. Smells yeasty fresh and floral. Has a long bitter aftertaste. The palette is full and non alcoholic. Has a lot of flavor for the alcohol %. Very heavy on the palette tough.

"Mikkeller #105! Bought on site without seeing it was an IPA, OR a brett beer. Happy day to me! Very much like an Anchorage Bitter Monk Jr. Same attributes, just a lighter beer. Equal parts hops and funk. Nice, dry flavor, with the wheat being relegated to the background. Opens up really nice and is easy drinking yet tasty and complex."

Vaz på anlægget. Flaske. Syrlig humlet duft. Frisk bitter smag af humle, citrusfrugt, grannåle, malt og korn/hvede. Flot ufilteret korngul/appelsin farve. God på en varm sensommerdag.

Bottle. Hazy light golden pour with a pale head. Nose has some sour mango, funk and grains. Taste has exotic fruits upfront which leads to a funky bitter finish.

Poured a yellowish color with aromas of tropical fruit, hops, light wheat and some malt. Flavors were tropical fruit, hops, and some wheat. Decent take on this style, was surprised for sure.

Bottle from Brewcraft at home. Hazy straw-gold pour. Sour wheat dank aroma. Like a hoppier weizen. Taste is sort of what your expect in terms of flavors - wheat, sour (Brett?), some hoppy bitterness, balanced by sweet maltiness. A bit like a sour, wheat, bitter apple juice. Smooth. Finish is dry and sour. Nicer than I thought - interesting take on a wheat IPA (far more wheaty than the 10 Barrel OG Wheat). Would get again.

Bottle from Corvallis Brew Supply, Corvallis. Pours a clear straw color, little to no head. Nose fresh and bretty, some wheat. Woof! Body lively, slightly slippery, very nice. So digging it.
