2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Sweet malt is taken over by the brettanomyces then comes a slight citrus hop aroma from this slightly hazy yellow brew with a slight head of white. Sweet at first then the tiny bubbles bring the flavor of the bretts along with a crisp lightish body. The slightly tart slightly salty gives way to a yeasty flavor then the aftertaste of slight bitterness comes in.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
From a 500ml can purchased at Whole Foods Devon. $5.50. First .5l can I think I’ve ever purchased in the States. Anyway, pours a misty, cloudy hay color due to the brett. frothy white head which dissipates to nothing quickly. Funky lemon aroma. Mouthfeel is light and slightly astringent... but sweetish. Taste is funk with some decent hops too. Mainly lemon/lime and grass. Really good Brett IPA. Liked it a lot and would drink again occasionally.
