Pours a huge foamy lasting beige head with a dark copper colour. Nose is very light, citrus and yeasty - somewhat in contrast to the colour. Flavour of hoppy bitterness, lime rind, and Brett. Odd but highly drinkable. Purchased at Metro Liquor University Heights.

Bottle, 375cl. It pours a clear, dark golden body under a dense, two-finger light beige head. Nice curtains. Some caramel in the aroma, but itís mostly citrusy, piney hops and with a nice impact from the wine and brett. Itís quite vinous, some oak, leather and farmhouse chimes in. Some sweetness in the flavor, a touch of citric acid, leather, farmhouse and white wine. Full body and a pleasant carbonation. Pleasant bitter finish wih sourness and pine cones. A nice blend indeed. 140418

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Viti, Vancouver; bb 09/07/15
Hazy dark amber color with compact head. Strong Brett aroma, but also some caramel, and moldy cellar: lightly vinous, and with traces of mushrooms; very nice. Highly carbonated; strong flavor of Brett and caramel, strong bitterness too; the yeast combines with the hop into some sort of bitter orange peel, and there is also some hop resin; a bit astringent in the final.
Not the easiest beer to drink, but interesting, in small quantities.
