4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: JUN 10, 2011 Orangey brown, cloudy, with rich thick foamy white head. Aroma - strong resiny piney hops. Taste is juicy resiny piney hops, really massive but blended so well with biscuity malt. Rich mouthfeel. Dry, bitter, powdery finish - lingering bitterness. This beer is strange - the taste keeps coming back to my mind days after drinking it - those powerful juicy hops. It’s great.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2012 Very tasty IPA. Beautiful pour and balanced nose. Taste is a bit chalky and sweet, more than the aroma would give on. Mouthfeel is sticky and aftertaste a tad metallic. Perhaps this bottle is not super fresh. Still a damn good beer.
Rerate -- from a fresh keg this is stinky in a great way. Feet aroma, slushy mouthfeel, wow, drink.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from Systembolaget named Green Easter IPA. It poured a cloudy dark golden liquid with a brown and orange tint. Lightly malted smell and also some hops. Similar taste. Semi-smoth muthfeel, medium amount of carbonation and medium thick body. A malty IPA, that lacked some hops but still nice.

Pours a nice deep amber with big hop notes. Big bitter hops blend nicely with light sweet malts and a long hoppy finish.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Rather dark amber in appearance, the aroma is of strong hops and slightly earthy. Hoppy flavor and very bitter aftertaste. Another pretty good IPA from Mikkeller.

Hop explosion that tastes really good!
So again, the lovely taste must be from the simcoe and cascade hop. Maybe I need to realize that those two hops with the not so good amarillo makes a good blend?

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Truly world-class. It’s definitely got the 3C hops for that west-coast kick, but something subtely Belgian in profile. Pours very cloudy, great head retention, aroma that never stops, and drinks with the very best IPAs. Well worth the $7 for a 11.2oz bottle.

Lovely orange color. Big head, everlasting retention. Smells like hops, hops and more hops. Lots of citrus, specially grapefruit. Tastes like biting a grapefruit peel. Some sweetness and spicyness in the backbone. Nicely balanced. Liked it very much. Great IPA

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
33cl bottle from Bierkompass. BB 01/13. Poured hazy, orange with a smooth, creamy beige head. Aroma is tropical fruits, hoppy, with some sweet lactose in the nose as well. Very smooth, oily palate. Flavor is hops, citrus, apricot and malt. Long bitter fruity finish. Incredible IPA, smooth and very drinkable.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and very hoppy - grapefruit and peach. Flavor is medium sweet and very bitter. Dry and very bitter finish. Very raw bitterness but the malts create some sort of balance. 080510
