COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mikkeller’s tribute to the green gold.

Tasted 2011-04-18. As ’Green Easter’. Pours hazy, amber with off white head.Harsh hoppy aroma with pineapples, Powerfully bitter taste. Decent, but a tad too harsh for my liking.

Appearance: pours with a medium tan head that settles into a nice density, the beer is a slightly hazy golden amber color Aroma: caramel malt, citrus, bread Taste: caramel malt, medium bitterness, alcohol, Palate: lively carbonation, medium mouthfeel, alcohol and bitter aftertaste Overall: a bit of a let down after reading the reviews but still decent, too much alcohol on the flavor, has a dominating alcohol aspect to it ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. Brown Body with off white head. Aroma is pines caramel almonds and hints of fruits. Taste is also caramel with biscuits and hints of honey. Aftertaste is perfect balanced malty sweetness with hoppy bitterness. One of the more pine and malts IPAs. Very nice one.

Keg in Nottingham?s Brewdog. Expected to get something much better. Quite sharp nose and taste, a bit too sweet for my taste. The appearance (redish, dark copper colour) and a sense of alcohol requires improvement. I would calcify it as a Belgian strong ale or barley wine- far away from ipa.

Bottle. Dark brown/reddish colour with light brown, densed, medium head. Great head retention, good lacing, medium lasting. Mostly caramel aromas, resiny and citrus. Taste is medium to high bitter, earthy, citurs - mostly grapefruit, piney. Medium to full body, medium carbonation, smooth texture, finish is bitter. Good IPA, mostly dominated by hops with quite weak malty backbone.

22.10.2014. Quite dark reddish brownish colour with light brown head. Very nice aroma with different hops, pine, grapefruit. Very nice balance in taste between hops and sweetness. There are familiar hop tastes, not sure if its simcoe or amarillo (both in this along with cascade). Proper malty backbone.

Birra bilanciata in maniera impeccabile. Rotonda e beverina.

Amber color with white head. Awesome grapefruit and malt aroma. You can feel the body in the aroma. Taste is grapefruit bitter and full-bodied. Nice residual sweetness. Smooth. Very good!
