COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English: At Mikkeller we believe that it is among the inventive amateurs that the wildest beers are being brewed and it is precisely those brewers that we like to work with. That is why we have a competition each year to test who can brew the most intense hop bomb. This year, Søren Davids won that competition.
This beer is brewed as a collaboration between Søren Davids and Mikkeller.

Bottled. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is hops, some fruits, grass and quite much bitterness as well. Flavour is grass, fruits and some floral notes. Mild caramel as well as some toffeeish notes as well. Pleasant flavour, but the aroma is not too nice.

Very hazy yellow-orange beer. Extremely fruity flavour, though partly of too overripe fruits for my taste. A very slight note of cooked veggies sneak in after a lot of sniffing. The body is a bit thin and not enough for the hops to fall back on and get supported by in order to reach some kind of balance.

Bottled, 50cl. Amber colored beer with a small-ish off-white head. Lots of hops in the aroma and the taste. The taste is also filled with grapefruit, lemon. The finish is dry and bitter, in a very pleasant way as well as the body.

Dedollewaitor (14089) - Odense, DENMARK - JUN 8, 2011
Bottle @ Odense Tasting, June 2011. Pours cloudy orange with a creamy white head. Nose is peach, pine and grass. Hoppy with a slight yeasty touch. Balanced. Medium and smooth body. Was expecting a bit more of a hop bite. Ok.

Bottle. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Orange colour. Too cloudy too fast. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Citrus and pine notes. Heavy bitter nice flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.

TBone (12966) - Pori, FINLAND - MAY 25, 2011
Bottled 500ml (Beer Planet, BB 06/2012)
Hazy-murky orange, small white head. Intensive fresh hoppy aroma: pine, resin, citrus and orange. Palate feels weaker than ABV 6%. Flavor is piney hoppy with some pineapple fruity notes. Finish has even salty, salt licorice flavors! Good beer with more hops in the nose than in the flavor.

Countbeer (4676) - Best of E-Town mit ein Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - MAY 14, 2011
Bottle: Small white light head on top of a hazy orange colored beer. Smell hops, citrus, lime, spices and cactus. Taste is a mix of hops, citrus, bitter, malts, flowers, yeast, light dry, slight hints of barley, corn and mollasses. Aftertaste of light dry with hints of fruit and hops. Low carbo, medium to fuller body, tingly soft mouthfeel and a light creamy/watery texture. I love the drawing on the label!

Bottle from Bier Koning. Cloudy amber beer, little white head. Palate starts dry but turns softer. Dry carbonated bite. Fresh grassy grapefruit hops. Piney too with some orange underneath. Dry finish. Mildy bitter aftertaste. Nice but was expecting something a bit more extreme from a beer called ’Hop Bomb’
