Pours orange/amber with a white head. Smells of citrus, hops, and flowers. Tastes of bountiful hops, but well balanced. Some citrus and nice bitter on the front and back end. Tasty beer for sure.

Bottle. A lighlty unclear one, golden in color and with a small, off-white head. Piney, citrusy and quite resiny aroma with low levels of malts. Also the flavor is mostly on the hoppy side, piney and citrusy, with some peachy hints. Full body, dry on the palate. Bitter, resiny finish with citrus peel. A bit dry maybe, but nice anyway. 121005

Pours amber colored with high, fine, creamy white head. Smell is very hoppy-fruity with lots of grapefruit, orange and apricot. Starts with massive fruity and oily hops, lots of grapefruit and citrus flavor, paired with some orange peel. Middle part has some caramel and pine woods. Goes into a very bitter-dry hoppy finish with very bitterish grapegruit notes! Truly a beer for hopheads :-)

Pours marmalade orange, cloudy and carbonated with off white head that thins quickly. Nice zingy orange citrus nose. The carbonation highlights the citrus and lifts in the mouth, good bitterness, remains pretty balanced with a not too sweet aftertaste.

Dense amber body, sweaty hops and stiff citrus nose. Very sweet almost double IPA orangey tang with a limey thread from the carbonation. Comforting wheaty back rub to the palate with a smooth finish that springs citrus on the linger.

Note: drank this after getting the keys to our new house. Sat outside on the terrace, on the first really warm sunny day of 2013. Lovely.
Clear orange beer, some small sediment floating around under a dense creamy yellow to light beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, pineapple, sweet malts, some passion fruits, citrus, peaches. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, piny, resinous bitterness, little sweet and malty, citrus, hint of grapefruit. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, resinous, very dry and bitter ending, almost medicinal, traces of grapefruit peel. Amazing how well this beer has held up against time!

Bottle @ home thx to benzai. Clear orange to copper with a medium white head. Smells malts, sweet, lots of hop, grapefruit. Tastes bitter, malty, sweetish, pine, resin. Quite amazing. Full body, bitter, lasting taste, great carbo.

Bottle shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Clear amber color, medium to full sized decently long lasting white to off - white head. Smell malts, hops, pine, spruce. Taste malts, hops, lightly pine, nicely bitter. Medium body, medium carbonation.

Hazy copper orange, not much head. Piney, resinous hops in the aroma, backed by some citrus and orange zest. Kind of a void of taste with the first sip, followed by a rising citrus and grapefruit bitterness. Gets much nicer as it warms up. Body is quite light, mouthfeel a touch oily, finish is well balanced. Excellent.

Hazy copper orange, no head, ok lacing. Aroma has bit roasted caramel malting with nuances. Light body and feel, bitter, low carbonation, bit sticky feel also, long bitter and tasty finish. Easy to drink being this bitter.
