Appearance: no indication (consumed in a dark place). Aroma: this is a hop bomb with a lot of pine and some peach. Taste: wow, never had a beer like this before. The name "hop burns" indeed well describes this beer; there is so much hops that the beer appears oily and you have the feeling that tons of hops are being absorbed by your tongue. A super long and super pleasant bitter finish. A big beer! NOthing for the faint of heart!

330ml bottle at home. Pours murky yellow with lasting white head. Unusually light colouring for a DIPA. Spruce, peach, citrus, slightly medicinal nose. Chewy caramel flavour, warming finish with the bitter lift. Lasting peach sweet aftertaste. ABV managed extremely well. A bit of carbonation, full body. Really good.

0,3 litres bottle. Hazy orange, almoust fantalike colour. Thin white head. Tropical fruit, some alcohol and grapefruit in aroma. Pretty lame and non hoppy aroma for dipa. Fruity taste with grapefruit and pine. Over mefium palate. Good beer, mediocre dipa. I expected a lot more from a combination of Mikkeller, dipa and 10% alco.

Bottle from Mikkeller Web Shop. Smell is very hoppy with some subtle notes of hay. Pours dark hazy orange with a medium white head. Taste of hops and citrus and slightly bitter aftertaste. The palate is good in IPA measures. Overall a decent beer from the Danish giants.

This is another high-strength high hop MikKeller IPA that seems to follow a pattern. The pattern is a lot of high flavor hop very Resiny and has a lot of Caramell style malt. Body is good the bitterness of the Hops don't overpower but very close. No one of my favorite IPAs but not bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle from Redmonds. Cloudy orange pour, foamy off-white head. Lovely nose - peach, passionfruit, resiny pine, caramel and butterscotch. Flavour is just as nice, lovely sweet summer fruits up front, strawberry notes, then comes the hops, bitter but nicely judged, some peach toward the finish. Decent body, the slightest hint of warming alcohol on the breath. Its very highly carbonated, which stops it becoming syrupy. Long bittersweet finish. Very nice indeed.
