On cask at The Holyrood 9A. Pours a slightly hazy light amber colour with a fair white head. A lovely aroma of pine, pineapple, caramel and alcohol. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Lingering pineapple and quite bitter. Alcohol is very present with a warming hum.

Pours deep amber with big pine notes. Huge body of hops that drive spice, pine, and a deep long finish.

On tap at Amundsen Golden hazy color Full body & high complexity Distinct, but a little bit more integrated then Brother Low Extremely long aftertaste A bit heavy for my liking, but still very enjoyable ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at Bishops Arms Savoy, Malmö, April 2012. Hazy orange with a large white head. A lot of hops both in the aroma and taste. Citrus, tropical fruits and some notes of "rubber". Long bitter aftertaste. Good but not excellent.

330 ml. bottle. Served at cellar temperature. Pours a thick, lasting off white head, with extensive lacing, over a slightly hazy amber (SRM 8) body....nose is toffee/caramel, light citrus, floral honey, pineapple, sweet fruits (apricot, peaches)....taste is toffee/caramel to start, then waves of hop tones arrive, including pineapple, licorice, floral honey, finishing with a lingering bitter bite, with tropical fruit sweetness throughout....mouth feel thick, sticky, alcohol adds a light bite, carbonation leads to a rich creamy texture. This is a solid example of the I/DIPA style. The hop back bone is in ascendance for aroma and complexity, but the malts just manage to balance them. BJCP 8/3/15/4/8

Sampled at Slutfest 3. Hazy orange pour with ample tan head. Sweet but not syrupy. Nice grapefruity notes and a little resinous green hoppy. Even holds up pretty well despite crossing the ocean.

33cl bottle from Kihoskh. Slightly hazy golden with a white head. Hoppy aroma with tropical fruits, citrus, pine, malt and a hint of alcohol. Sweet, fruity and malty with a nice bitterness. Well balanced. Flavour of peaches and mango with hints of spices and alcohol. Thick and almost syrupy with warming alcohol. Dry and bitter finish. Lingering bitterness in the aftertaste. Quite decent IIPA.
