4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
A cloudy gold color with a white head and lots of lacing. The aroma is very pleasant, with grapefruit and general citrus with an interesting honey-like sweetness. The flavor is more astringent, with a citrus and resin flavor up front, and a long bitter aftertaste.

Browngolden with great foam. Mild hoppy flowerry aroma. Mild malty candy taste followed by a big hoppy taste that lasts and magnifies.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a well carbonated orange color with a small off white head. Aroma is of a heavy dose of orange citrus hops, light caramel, mild alcohol and some toasty notes, hops seem a bit muted as the bottle might be older. Taste is a lot of punchy grapefruit and citrus, caramel, toasted malt, some lingering alcohol warmth and another dose of bitterness on the finish. Solid but this bottle is bordering too old for the style, but still a tasty beer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
330ml bottle pours a hazy amber color with a finger of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is grapefruit and caramel with some earthy notes. Taste is an earthy and grapefruit bitterness with an underlying caramel malty sweetness. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Alcohol is definitely present in this one. A nicely done DIPA that is deserved of a tasting session.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
330ml bottle. Pours a cloudy dark amber with a large long lasting off white head with very good head retention and lacing. Aroma and taste of sweet caramel malt, Belgian yeast, brown sugar, some dark fruit notes with hops bitterness. Palate is full body, smooth with good carbonation. This brew finishes with a full flavored caramel malt sweetness, a good amount of Belgian yeast, dark fruit and a fairly sharp lingering bitter hops flavor on the end with some brown sugar and molasses and yeast. Alcohol seems well hidden. Overall a very good, balanced and tasty brew.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours unclear orange with a diminishing and lacing creamy medium beige head. Aroma is sweet, resin, ripe fruit, caramel, tangerine, hop soup, herbs and spice. Taste is moderate+ sweet and bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is moderate. Finishes sweet and bitter. The hops seems somewhat buried by the sweetness.

This is the best mikeller beer I have had yet. Extremely hoppy and actually leaves a nice spicy bite in your mouth. Smells malty and has a lot of stuff floatin in the bottle

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
330ml bottle from Brewdog online shop. Pours hazy amber-orange with a thin white head, and a few floaty bits. Stronger booze aromas than the "Low", but all the same fruity hops going on, with something greener too. Iím guessing this is like the yeast series, and itís the same beer with a different yeast? US ale yeast supposed to accentuate hop aromas (High version), lager yeast to subdue them (Low). They are remarkably similar beers, but I find this one just a touch more to my taste.
