3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
As goes for all the Hop Series beers I’ve tasted: the bottles were probably quite old, best before of April/May 2015, so some of the hop characteristics might have already gone away. Nice orange color with big head (darkness varied a bit). Bravo had grapefruit and tangerines. Warming. Very spicy bitter on the tongue. Very good!

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle: Poured a dirty cloudy amber color ale with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dusty dank hops with light fruity notes and some biscuit malt notes. Taste is dominated by dank musty hoppy notes with light fruity notes and some biscuit malt. Body is full with good carbonation. Why do retailer keep overpriced IPA which don’t move with no freaking bottling date.

The Bravo pours a cloudy rusty bronze with a fair amount of floating sediment and features a decent ivory head that lasts a fair while. The aroma is resin, bread, caramel and spruce. The flavor is spruce, bread and caramel. Overall this is a decent beer.

Nice citrus peel like variety of hops. First in series I just got on sale at Schneider’s. Cloudy brown orange with decent head and lacing. Bitter finish. Good barley crispness, very grainy feel. Nice.
