Bottled 330ml (Beer Planet)
Deep amber color, good creamy beige head, lace. Faint aroma of fruits and fresh wood. Medium-bodied. Similar sweetish malty background than in the previous Hop Series -beers. Hop profile here is fruity, some citrus or grapefruit and wood, especially in the finish. Cascade as a single hop is perhaps a bit too boring, but still this beer is nicely drinkable. The first 3 beers of Hop Series has been positive suprise and they are much more balanced than Single Hop IPA beers.

I love cascade hops, lots of it in the nose and mouth. Beer is clear with a nice head. A little less bitter than I like IPA’s

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy amber with off white head and a floral, citrusy aroma. The flavor is balanced between the sweet/malty and some hoppy citruslike, hay-ish tones. Reminds me of my first Sierra Nevada Pale Ale back in 2004! Very smooth beer. Bitter - but not too bitter - aftertaste ..

Bottle. High fluffy long lasting white head. Hazy amber body. Hoppy grassy aroma. Pretty mild. Malty hoppy flavor with acidic notes. Milder than expected. Low carbonation. Long bitter aftertaste. Nicely balanced.

Rating #550, bottle from Toft Vin
Redbrown beer, ok head. Rowanberry, lime, butter. I expected it having a fresher more citrusy aroma. Flavor is typically cascade, lime, citrus, orange, cowberry, butter. Thick, soft. Hop note: Buttery cascade

Bottle @ Odense Single Hop Event, May 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a small lasting white creamy head and lacings. Citrus all over. Mild and kind of laid back. Smooth with a dry end. Tasty.
