2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy, murky, dirty orange with a medium beige head, Aroma of butterscotch, earthy hops, and some floral and perfumey notes. Flavour of floral hops, some perfume, a dirty earthiness, definitely some butterscotch, straw and some vegetal notes. Not such a good display of the hop with this recipe or not my favourite hop - probably the former.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from Ledgers. Pours clear copper with a 2 finger creamy light beige head. Aroma is bready with peppery hop. Med body. Foamy carb. Flavor is earthy, lightly malty, and peppery/grassy. Odd that it’s not bitter. Well, it is, but it isn’t NW by a long shot. This hop ought to be good for saisons. The earthiness is in the finish.
