2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle: Poured a dirty cloudy amber color ale with a large light brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dusty dank hops with leafy notes and some biscuit malt notes. Taste is dominated by dank musty hoppy notes withleafy notes and some biscuit malt. Body is full with good carbonation. Another one where I do have to ask why do retailer keep overpriced IPA which don’t move with no freaking bottling date.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Moderate aromas all around, with cereal and nutty for the malt, orange for the hops, dough for the yeast, with background notes of date, toffee and nutmeg. Head is small to average in size, fizzy/frothy light beige with good lacing and is mostly lasting. Color is muddy medium brown. Flavor starts slightly sweet and lightly to moderately acidic, then finishes lightly acidic and lightly to moderately bitter. Palate is medium, oily with a fizzy carbonation and a lightly alcoholic finish. Way different then their other single hop IPAs. Not sure the difference is from hop variety or the length of time it sat in the bottle.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pretty similar to the bravo as none of these are very fresh since I got them onsale at Schneider’s. The hops here is less interesting than bravo though. Still good malt profile, crisp barley. Soft carbonation. Same cloudy orange brown colour.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hoppy aroma has a strong fruity overtone, mainly pear with some apple and a hint of banana. Pours a nice dark chestnut with a fairly thick, if not persistent, dirty buff head. Flavor is fairly hoppy, rather fruity, not at all bitter but not sweet. Texture is firm and leaves a nice woody and resiny hop finish, though it lacks fizz. I’m glad that I caught one more of this series.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours brown to amber cloudy color with an medium head. Aroma is malt, pear, a little bit of pine. Taste is a bit dry, pine with a fruity aftertaste and a fast passing bitterness. It lacks a bit of a body but it isn’t a bad IPA. Just nothing that special (comparing to the other Single Hop beers from Mikkeller).

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hazed and speckled amber with a thin white head. Aroma is bready and floral with floral hops and caramel. The malt bill on this one overpowers the average hop profile. Kinda bland with floral hops, caramel, stalky notes and a moderate to high bitter finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Imprescindible repetir.
