2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 DanielBrown (3170) - Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, - APR 7, 2012Bottle bought at Cask Pub and Kitchen and supped at home. Amber colour rocky head and sticky lacing. Smells tinny, like a nondescript UK Bitter. Taste is well, err very disappointing. Caramel, metallic wateriness. A mush of leaf and twig, with some Marstons. Very disappointing; worst Mikk product I’ve sampled.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 13/20 Foffern (747) - Bodø, NORWAY - APR 26, 2013
Bottle at home. The colour is very cloudy brownish amber with a light beige creamy medium head. Aroma of herbal hops, grapefruit, wood and some resin. The flavour is rich and filled with rye, grapefruit, grassy hops and some alcohol and something herbal. Has a rich and slick mouth feel, and a medium bitterness. A balanced and rich IPA with a nice flavour.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 jrodooo5 (500) - Wilmington, Delaware, USA - APR 16, 2013
Love the pour and love the mouthfeel but the flavor is just a little too plain. I’m assuming the "single hop" results in a lack of complexity but this beer is still very drinkable. However, it’s almost too smooth and falls short with it’s hop bite. It could probably pass as a very good pale ale but instead falls a little short of being one of the better IPAs.
