3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
33 cl. bottle. Pours a medium, lasting, white head, with attractive lacing, over a slightly hazy amber (SRM 8) body....nose is light grass, pineapple, touch of resin pine...taste is light toffee/caramel, light resin, finishing bitter....mouth feel medium, carbonation adds a creamy texture. While obviously and IPA this lacks depth and complexity in the hop back bone, which also dominates the malts too much. I applaud the experiment, the results were a mild disappointment. BJCP 7/3/12/4/6
