3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle looks simple but okay. Beer in the glass modest zippy, small head. Dry aroma. Starts mild, modest hoppy-dry, a bit moldy. Finish grasy-dry, a bit unbalanced. There are better ones in this series!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
The beer in the glass is copper-colored, with a fine off-white creamy head. It smells restrained hoppy, slightly herbal and medicinal, also very sweet. Starts very herbal, oily-hoppy and bitter. The middle part is very medicinal, again with lots of herbs in the background, subtly fruity and bitter. Goes into a herbal and medical finish with some bitter hops and slight fruit flavors!

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled at the Irish Hanukkah Tasting. Sampled side by side with 13 other ones, and all the bottles must be at least 6 months old by now. Clear amber pour with good soapy offwhite head. The aroma still isnít coming through, but flavor is solid and the spiciest of the bunch so far. A little sweeter than some of the others though.
