Bottle from Vika enjoyed at home
Deep copper, red hue, big beige head. Smells of tea, herbs, cheese and a bit soap. Light sweet, some malts. Medium to heavy bitter, tea all over the place. Nice implementation of the Sorachi Ace hop. I have to say that the characteristics isn’t my favorite, though i find it quite interesting. The S A version from mikkellers single hop series is alot better than this though

Draft @ The Ale House in Amesbury. Even as this warmed I’m lacking any real hop aroma. Taste is grassy, citrus, sweat malt and with a sticky, almost syrupy Texture. Really weak in every way. This is the first brew from this brewery that has disappointed me. Maybe this keg got put in the corner and forgotten about to long??? I feel underwhelmed. Well, not every brew can make you see fireworks.

Tap at Hay Merchant. Deep, clear orange-amber-copper with a solid off-white head and light lacing. Aroma of herbs (tea in particular) and grapefruit, bread and caramel. Taste is definitely hop forward; the malt element is nice, but the hop flavors and herbal bitterness really stand out. Medium bodied and smooth.

Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured reddish amber and a little cloudy. Frothy head with loads of lace. An interesting aroma for sure. I got coconut! In fact the flavour had a hint of Piña Colada about it too. The overriding characteristic of this beer though is the bitterness which I am sure will be too much for many people. When I think about it, the aftertaste is also Piña Colada. A decent beer and good to taste, but I'm struggling to drink the rest of the 300ml glass because of the extreme bitterness. A nice tasting beer, but not for a session and won't win many awards.

33cl from HopDuvel.
