Aroma is mild citrus with some toasty malts and some earthy notes. Taste is grapefruit bitterness with some earthy undertones and a good malty sweet backbone. Medium bodied with some good carbonation leaving a tingle on the palate. A nicely done IPA that is full flavored and definitely worth trying.

33cl bottle, served in Shaker. Pours amber, darker than the average, with a big off-white frothy head. Peculiar aroma for an IPA: grassy, licorice notes, and hints of red grape. The flavour is herbal and earthy, slightly toasty, with moderate bitterness. Very nice contrast and balance. Medium body, perfect carbonation. Easy to drink, refreshing, and really pleasant overall.

Color: nice amber beer with ivory head and small carbonization. Smell: hops, fruity, red fruits, wheat. Taste: hops, fruity. Aftertaste: strong bitterness, hops.

Bottle at home. Has a hazy orange amber colour with a frothy beige medium head. A bit faint but pleasant aroma of grassy hops and pine, and feels a bit sour. The flavour is a bit faint too with a touch of grassy hops that accelerates to the end, and some wood. Has a suprisingly watery and silky mouth feel, and a lasting medium bitterness. The IPA is a bit faint and unbalanced all over but has a solid hoppy touch.

Amber colour with frothy, beige head. Fruity, hoppy nose with caramel, citrus peel, grapefruit and resin. Fruity, hoppy taste with grapefruit, orange peel, resin, caramel and a solid citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Very nice.

Appearance: amber beer, stable white head.
Nose: chocolate, caramel, hazelnut.
Taste: chocolate, rather sweet malts, this beer reminds me most of a ’stout’.

Pours hazy, caramel notes and hoppy at first smell. Poured from bottle. Rich malts is huge. I smell soy sauce for sure. Hops don’t really dominate here. On the whole, really enjoyable to drink.

Bottle. Pours a hazy dark amber color with a moderate white head. Nose is hoppy with some nice floral elements and some earthiness. Taste is bitter and earthy as well. Not too bad.

Fra flaske på Humle i Annen mars-13: den sekstende i rekken, og stemningen er på topp tross en smule slitasje i smaksløkene. IBU 96. Et litt ubestemmelig men behagelig bekjentskap. Tankene går mot hjemmelaget kirsebærsyltetøy med mye kjerner som gir den nødvendige bitterhet.
