Lots of carbonation, pils looking beer with a head which reminds of a foam bath. Hops smell strong in this one. The mouth feel is really full and wonderful. The bitterness is well balanced and does not attack too strongly. The hops have a round and smooth taste and mouth feel which I like - the hops don’t sting you. Absolutely a pleasure to drink. The carbonation does not feel too strongly in your mouth either. The sweetness suits this beer well.

33 cl bottle. Batch #180941. BBE 06.03.2014.
Pours clear golden color with a huge frothy head. Aroma of pine needles, exotic fruits, hops, mild spicy notes, caramel and some grass. Flavor of fruits, hops, caramel, some malts, hints of sugary toffee, hay and vanilla. Quite smooth fruity palate with a bitter finish. Soft carbonation. Very good.

Bottle from Alko. Amber color, white head. Intense bitter taste with citrus, pine, resin, floral hops and pineapple. Solid body, good balance and not too overwhelming with hops. Bitter finish with fruits. Excellent IPA.

Bottle. Yellow light amber, clear. Hoppy nose. Citrus, floral and some peachy hoppyness. Body is medium full. Lots of malty caramel, but dominated by the hops. Some greeness in there, but mainly the fruity citrus peachy thing. Vanilla also. Nice soft full hoppy ipa.

Bottled (from Alko Prisma, Vaasa). Deep golden colour, huge fluffy/foamy white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is lots of tropical fruityness, mild spruce and some slight sweet syrupy and gingery notes. Mild honey in there as well. Flavour is sweet tropical fruits, mild honey, some slight gingery freshness (no real burn, just a slight gingery tone to it) and mild spruce and some rasiny/sappy notes. Woohah, what a nice surprise. Not sure what this beer has to do with Christmas except for the name, but this beer is brilliance!

Bottle 33 cl, batch # 180941. Clear pale golden in color with foamy whitish head. Parfume, soap, fruits in aroma. Very mild in taste with some grapefruit and grassy bitterness in aftertaste. Sweet berries and piney bitterness quite strong in ending as well. Feels quite crisp and refreshing though.

330ml bottle pours a golden orange color with a 2 finger white head that settles slowly to reveal some really nice lacing on the glass. Aroma is pleasant with some orange citrus and pine and hints of ginger and caramel. Taste is a citrus and pine hop bitterness with a presence of ginger leading to a malty sweet and minty finish. Medium bodied with nice carbonation leading to a nice sensation on the palate.
