(Bottle, 0.33 l, from Alko, 20121130) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized, long lasting and white. Aroma had tangerine, exotic fruits and pine. Palate was medium bodied and a little bit nurning with medium carbonation. Flavours were tangerine, pine, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftetaste was fruity, sweet and bitter. If ginger were used it escaeped my senses except the palate. A bit too fruity.

Tastes of hops and a bit of pineapple, although only perhaps 10% like Christmas. Not bad, but a bit cloying, and ultimately somewhat disappointing.

Bottle courtesy of Deanso. Poured a slightly cloudy yellow pour with a white frothy head. The aroma is hoppy fruity with pineapple notes. The flavour is floral, fruity and bitter. A very drinkable beer.

33cl bottle shared. Hoppy aroma. Thick white head. Hazy blond pour. Hoppy aftertaste. Lovely beer.

330ml bottle (Drink Shop, Tallinn)
Piney aromatic hop aroma. Sticky palate, if I were charitable I’d limit that to "smooth", but it goes beyond that, it’s actually sticky with the residual sugars. A dull hoppy beer - yet another "tikkeller". Pleasant earthy finish. Nothing actually wrong with it apart from the stickiness. Did cover the alcohol quite well. I guess I can find pine in the hops, but where did the ginger go?!?

Sample @ Drink Shop Beer Tasting Session nov.2012. Bit hazy deep golden color. Nice head, stays. Hops, sweet, spices, fruity notes in aroma. Malty, sweetish, spices, clover in flavor. Hints of ginger in aftertaste. Very messy and unbalanced.

Idiosynkrasie (4240) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - NOV 27, 2012
330ml bottle. Clear dark golden colour with huge, frothy, lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Hoppy, piney, resinous aroma with a touch of honey, herbs, coniferes, hints of soapy ginger. Taste is dry, soapy, grassy hoppy, cautious piney undertones; minimally biting in between, dry hoppy in the finish.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with a small off-white head. Hoppy aroma with grapfruit, orange, ginger and pine. Flavor is quite bitter with ginger, pine, grapefruit and caramel malt. Bitter and quite dry finish.

Draught at Ølbaren, Copenhagen
Hazy golden color, small creamy head. Aroma of fruity hops, creamy, light tomato too; some oranges and cheese. Good body strength; the mouthfeel is smooth; toffee flavor, a bit buttery and fruity, with a creamy impression; strong hopping, with plenty of hop oils and fruits.
Too candyish, but good overall.

Pours a clear with nice carbonation. Abdomen grapefruit and one, taste is same, I prefer not so piney but a good beer.
