3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours nice orange, clear and clean, small head. Aroma is sweetish, some fruity hops but not too hoppy nor bitter. Nice. Sweet ripen fruits, feels light. Taste is also similar, sweet and soft, fruity hops. Not overly dry but also not too murky. Feels as it has ripen peaches. Decent brew.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Teku glass. Bottle. Amber/orange like with thin to medium, semi-densed, white head, which dissapears fast. Poor lacing. Aroma of caramel and little toasty, in the background maybe honey. Hops aroma is not so noticable mainly some rasin and floral aroma. The taste in the beginning sweet and mild, but quickly it comes with medium bitterness. It becomes most intensed in the middle of degustation with nice hoppy aftertaste. Light to medium body, thin texture, medium carbonation. Finish is bitter and dry. In overall solid IPA, little bit too mild because. It could be nicer if the aroma is more intense.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle @ home. Ambrata, velata, con bellissimi riflessi aranciati. Schiuma beige finissima e poco persistente. Aroma intenso, fruttato, agrumato, spezie, zenzero in evidenz, resinoso, zucchero candito. Complessa. Gusto amabile all’ingresso, fruttato, agrumi ed alcolico. piuttosto amara nell’evoluzione. finale decisamente luppolato. Mediamente corposa, piacevole carbonatazione, piuttosto rotonda per essere una IPA, calda. Equilibrata ed armonica.

33cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden with two fingers of slowly diminishing white head. Light aroma of sweet malts, resin, some spices, light yeast. Taste is similar, a bit one dimensional, with a strong hoppy bitter vegetal finish. Can’t feel the ginger at all. Medium body, medium carbonation, long lasting bitter aftertaste. Very well hidden 7+ ABV.

Bottle from Saveur-Biere.com - Color : clear orange blond beer with small carbonation and heavy light white foam. Smell: sweet hoppy nose with spicy presence as ginger and sweet things. Taste: nice hoppy taste really fresh with notes of ginger and high malt balance. Small oxydation taste a the beginning, let the beer a few minutes on the glass and it will be better. Small yeasty notes. Aftertaste: wet bitterness and grassy notes. Pine notes.
