Unclear dark brown black colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, chili fruit sweet, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long long duration, sweet chocolate, sharp, initial not much habanero - chili, but after 3 or 4 mouthfuls i feel the heat and spicy chili burn but in the good way. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130107]

Draft. A pitch black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, soy sauce, spices, chili, and soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with notes of chilis, roasted malt, chocolate, and soy sauce, leading to a dry roasted and alcoholic finish.

Craft Islington - opening night. Thanks to big Matt for the share. Opaque dark brown - black beer, little tan head. Smooth palate. A little coffee and dark chocolate. Itchy chilli - warm but searing. Tangy dark malts. Semi dry finish. Not bad - nicely judged amount of chilli.

Draught @ Christian Firtal, Odense. Pours black with a frothy but thick beige head and lacings. Nose is Roast, charcoal, chili peppers and Chocolate. Soft and Smooth texture. Flavor is chili with Warmth , coffee, Roast and charcoal. Bitter roasted and warm finish.
