Tap at Mikkeller Bar. Aroma is full of hops, citrus, honey, caramel. Taste is much of the same. Palate is soft and sweet and dominted by hops. A great beer.

Bottle at home. I do love a good strong IPA. Murky orange amber gold with thinish off white head. Subtle but lovely aroma of well balanced hops and malts. Low carbonation. Some oranges and lemons. Pretty good.

Grapefruit, tropical fruit, with pinches of pine comprise the nose. The pour is a cloudy orangey-amber with a white ring and no lacing. Tropical fruit, pine resin and caramel all greet the palate. Medium body and medium carbonation. Overall, a robust multifaceted taste experience for the IPA lover.

An orange beer with a medium but quickly disappearing head. The aroma is tropical, strongly fructose, peaches, pine and some mangos. Taste is balanced, lots of fructose but also strong bitterness, tropical fruits, lots of pine needles. The end is piney. Medium bodied, quite fresh to drink even the quite strong sweetness. Nice balance, good sweetness and bitterness.

33cl bottle, BBF October 2014. Aroma: hops and malts, citrus. Taste: the alcohol does not dominate, again sweet malt and american hops.

Red/copper dense, liquid gelatin appearance. The head is soppy, drooping white foam. Aroma of the finest malt and hops with a nostalgia ot the best smelling places you’ve been made of Earth and stone in far away lands. Yes, I know how to talk smack. The palate is slow but moving. Oooooh. And the taste, well, just focus on the aroma, the best part about this beer is the aroma seeing as how it must be chocked full of American hops s.a. Amarillo, Centennial, Columbus and friends. Hell, just put all the hops America is good for in there.

Saeglopur (158) - Vienna Woods, AUSTRIA - APR 13, 2014
Bottle from AmmersinO, Vienna. Dark copper, clear body, with a medium, creamy, white head. Aroma of grapefruit, peach, pine, grass. Tastes of pine, lemon peel, peach, mango, biscuit, honey, grass. Mouthfeel is medium, slick, with a lively carbonation and it finishes bitter, with lemon peel, pine and malt notes. Tasty! A strong, aggressive DIPA, but still with a great balance between a distinct piney hop bite and a smooth biscuit malt backbone.

33 cl bottle @ home. Pours bronze with a frothy off white head. Lots of tropical fruits on the nose, peaches and pineapple. Taste is a bit disappointing, lots of bitterness but not really any exotic hoppy punch to it.

Flot rødgylden øl. Duften afslører nænsomt alkoholen, der heller ikke i smagen og eftersmag er for påtrængende.

Beese (1117) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - APR 22, 2014
Bottle from BrewDog Shepherd’s Bush. Poured a hazy orange, with a dense white head. Aroma of grapefruit hops, perfume and oranges. Citrus and pine hop flavours, balanced with thick, sweet syrup. Finish was biscuity malt, toffee and resin.
