The copper-amber color, cloudy body. and two finger thick head made of large bubbles made this beer look good to me. The smell was very aggressive at an arms length, as the hops gave out a grassy, spicy aroma. Right under the nose, the aromas mellowed a little, as the honey like malt started to come through. The was not as bitter as the American IPAs originating on the US West Coast. There was a honeydew melon and papaya like sweetness up front, with notes of pear as well. The hops were clearly there mid palette, and in the finish, but they were not the typical citric types, and were instead more herbal, earthy, and spicy. This beer was quite hefty in body and stuck to the corners of the mouth, giving the beer a drawn out aftertaste. Hid the alcohol well, and went down quite easily.

Cloudy golden orange pour with a thin soapy off white head .... Aroma of oranges, chewy caramel malts, light piney hop but mostly faded hop notes. Bottle says best by 07-15-15 ..... Taste is of peaches, oranges, rindy, chewy caramel malts, faded piney hops and a bitter dry hopped bite ... Has a lingering a sweet malt as well as a slight lingering bitter bite ... Not bad wish I found it fresh

Bottle to tulip Orange, grapefruit, caramel, and pine resin. Cloudy amber with a thin off white head. Taste is papaya, mango and other tropical fruit, grapefruit, caramel and loads of bitterness. The sweetness comes first and then is taken over by the bitterness. There’s somewhat a loss of balance with that.

Bottle. Honey-copper color with good foam. Very hoppy aroma: floral honey and citrus, earthy, resin, herbal and pine. Taste: bitter, sweet, a little caramel, honey, malt, citrus, warming, earthy, floral, grapefruit, pine tree, fresh spring grass. Great!

Pours a cloudy rust color with a white head. Aroma of burnt rubber. Thick and syrupy taste. Overly sweet and not at all what I expected. Bad bottle?

Hope and malty sweetness aroma come from this hazy deep blonde brew. Bitterness and hops battle over a base of malty alcohol. The outcome is pretty well balanced leaving a grapefruit flavor in the aftertaste of this full bodied brew.

330 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy dark amber with light head. Aromas of pine sap, rubber, caramel, and over-ripe fruit. Flavors carry same - full and intense. Chewy. Good.

Goryczka niska, dyskretna, daje czadu dopiero w posmaku. Posmak długi, bardzo karmelowy, ratuje go goryczka. Nie aż takie wspaniałe jak by się można po marce spodziewać. Czuć alkohol, grzeje w przełyk. Brakuje tu balansu. Imperial IPA nie powinno być takie słodkie.

Bottle. Deep, burnt orange, little hazy with small, very light brown, densed head. Poor lasting and lacing. Very rich and strong aroma of tropical fruits (mainly melon), citrus and pine. Some booz noticable, but it’s still very nice. Taste is sweet along with bittter hoppy accents, great balanced malty profile sweetness. Medium to full body, medium carbonation, sticky and oily texture. On general very nice and drinkable DIPA. Sweet, but still with strong bitter accents.
