2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Big coarseish white head. Clear yellow body with light carbonation.
Resiny gooseberry aroma with dusty notes, quite faint. Very dry, and
quite salty, resiny gooseberry taste. Mid-bodied. Sharpish
mouthfeel. Dry resiny tropical fruit aftertaste with funky notes.
It’s not bad, but it’s very dry and austere, and I don’t really like
the hop character that much. (0.33l bottle, I don’t know where from.)

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle @ Illegal Burger, Oslo. Golden colour, decent white head. Not that much of an aroma, some sweetness, light citrus, a little hops. Pretty much the same from the taste, quite dry beer with a medium sweetness from the malts, citrus, not much hops from the finish. It’s quite refreshing, but not that exciting. The palate was a bit boring as well. Reading some of the other reviews I assume I might have gotten a quite old bottle, the last they had in the fridge, since the hops were hardly recognizable.

Keg at the Kings Arms, London during the Mikkeller tap takeover. Pours clear yellow-gold with a foamy white head. Great hops, moderate sweetness. Fresh citrus. Clean, crisp. Light bodied with average carbonation. Moderately dry on the finish with crisp pale bread, a bit of rindy citrus. Solid.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade
Cloudy blond color, small head. Very fruity, fresh aroma; tropical fruits are most prominent; then, a bit of manure. Lean mouthfeel, dry; there is some delicate nice malt flavor, a bit crispy, but hidden by the strong bitterness; the hops are resiny, lightly fruity too.
Refreshing, very nice.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Backlog rating. Keg at the King’s Arms tap takeover. It pours a hazy straw color with a small white head. Aroma is quite hoppy with citrus peel, grass, tart apricots and hay. Taste is bitter and grassy with pint hops, grapefruit, grains, biscuit. Finishes dry and bitter, grainy. Light bodied with good carbonation. Overall, tasty lager with a nice hops presence
