On tap at Chmielarnia in Warsaw. Apricot and peach in nose. Overriped sweet, tropical fruits, mango, apricot again, juicy, sweety. Lack of some sourness but it’s tasty, intensive imperial IPA.

330ml bottle. Pours thick amber golden. Aroma is really hoppy but mild (tropical fruits, peaches, pine). Flavor is medium sweet, slightly bitter, tropical fruits, peaches and oranges. Almost full body, over stemmed by the amazing aroma. Lovely sweet round imperial india pale ale, but a bit too on the sweet side for me.

Light opalescent, this IIPA shows off a lovely balance of light sun to log gold colour (5-6 ebc) with a frothy medium and fading white head. On the nose clear notes of melon and floral hops with hints of grapefruit and tropical fruits like peach and further away some faint pine notes develop. Softly CO2 propelled with a light soft body at the beginning which develops with fruity flavours offering some sweetness and tropical fruit bitterness becoming medium. The finish is long lasting and offers some more light floating mango/peach flavour. Well balanced!

Bottle. Hazy bright orange with a huge light gold head, fine lace. Lovely fruit salad hop profile, sweet malts but not too sweet, long bitterness. A great showcase of mosaic character.

Bottle at home from brewdog online. Translucent bright orange coloured pour with a big frothy lasting white head. Aroma is intriguing, big spicy tropical fruiit, sharp pineapple, lychee, and grapefruiit citrus. All of this with a funky spicy, fermenting fruit overtone. Flavour is clean base malt, with a touch of caramel, spicy tropical fruit, resin. Assertive slightly rough round the edges, bitterness. Clean cal ale ferment. Weird fermenting fruit lingers. Palate is medium full, some sticky resin and spritzy carbonation. Interesting beer, dont think ive ever had a single hop mosaic IIPA before.

Hazy golden color, medium white head. Sweet fruity aroma with malt, strawberry, some tropical fruits and piney hops. Taste has similar notes - sweet with bitterness in finish and hoppy aftertaste. Full body and fizzy carbonation. Decent sweet double IPA.
