4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pale golden, lush white cap of head and decent lacing. Floral mango and pineapple, fuzzy apricot/peach at the end. Initial taste is juicy passion fruit leading to blasts of dried chewy apricot sweetness. Similarly drinkable as the others, but much more cooling and sweet. Finishes lychee/pineapple light before a wee wave of a boozy burn. Probably the best of the bunch.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy golden body with a thick off-white head. Excellent lacing. Aroma of lime, honey, mango and a hint of sweat. Flavour of passionfruit, pine, papaya and caramel biscuits. Outrageously drinkable and pleasingly bitter for such a boozy Imperial IPA. Medium body with a sticky texture. Light fizz. Very dry and hoppy. An incredible beer.

4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 20/20
33 cl bottle from Sterk in Amsterdam. For me this is the best IPA I ever had. It’s an explosion of tastes that keeps on surprising. Poetry in a bottle. A lot of exotic fruit, nicely carbonated, the aroma promises and the beer delivers. Very tasty, more is better IPA.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap @ Mikkeller, Bangkok. Nicely cloudy. Good balanced hoppy fruitiness and bitterness, accompanied by the nice grainy based standard single hop ale. Oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation, good body.

On tap at Chmielarnia in Warsaw. Apricot and peach in nose. Overriped sweet, tropical fruits, mango, apricot again, juicy, sweety. Lack of some sourness but it’s tasty, intensive imperial IPA.

3.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
330ml bottle. Pours thick amber golden. Aroma is really hoppy but mild (tropical fruits, peaches, pine). Flavor is medium sweet, slightly bitter, tropical fruits, peaches and oranges. Almost full body, over stemmed by the amazing aroma. Lovely sweet round imperial india pale ale, but a bit too on the sweet side for me.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Light opalescent, this IIPA shows off a lovely balance of light sun to log gold colour (5-6 ebc) with a frothy medium and fading white head. On the nose clear notes of melon and floral hops with hints of grapefruit and tropical fruits like peach and further away some faint pine notes develop. Softly CO2 propelled with a light soft body at the beginning which develops with fruity flavours offering some sweetness and tropical fruit bitterness becoming medium. The finish is long lasting and offers some more light floating mango/peach flavour. Well balanced!
