Bottle. Aroma is good, tropical fruit as expected, mango, booze, bit of cat pee, bit of resin. Taste is good too. Initial hop bitterness then fades into long tropical fruit finish, pineapple and mango. Can’t feel the alcohol so much. Nice.

Piana: bia?a, drobna, g?sta, wygl?da wspania?e i wolno opada. Kolor: ciemny pomara?cz, lekko m?tne. Zapach: S?odki. S? grapefruty, ananas, mango, karmel, s?ód.

Bottle at Sip (€ 5.30). BB 10/2016. Hazy amber colour. Creamy white top with excellent retention and lacing. Nose... like someone had an accident... I wouldn’t say it’s like white wine, rather like green veggies... (in a fart)... grassy, almost cannabis-like... by no means I can say this is any good. I do like beers that use NS but this showcase here is fckn mad. I just don’t like it. The pissy NS mellows when warmer, almost making it seem ok. Taste has more of a white wine character. Quite sweet, fruity, and fairly bitter. Kind of a raspberry and cherry moment there. Some enjoyable spiciness. Nice balance. Body is on lighter side of medium, whereas carbonation is near flat. It’s soft and creamy on the palate. Overall? I don’t like NS. So in the aroma department I consider this horrible. Yet it tastes and feels nice. Will try another NS showcase in a mo.

Koelschtrinker (11854) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - FEB 8, 2015
Grasig hopfiger, minimal trockener Antrunk. Deutlich hopfiger im Mittelteil, streng. Dann etwas alkoholisch, Vanille. 11/10/10/11/11/11

Bontus (665) - Flanders, BELGIUM - FEB 3, 2015
Bottle, 33cl, Geers. Pours hazy yellow to light orange. Creamy head. Grape bitter nose. Not as oily/aromatic as the Citra one. Medium to low carbonation. Alcohol very hidden. Great drinkability. Nelson Sauvin lacks punch to carry the aroma on its own, pale ale body leaves all for the hops.

Zitrus, Trauben, helle Früchte. Wunderbare Balance am Gaumen, schöner Malzkörper, angenehm bitter. Top.

bursprak (979) - Aarhus, DENMARK - JAN 3, 2015
Bottle split two ways. Hazy orange pour with a generous head. Again as juicy as the others in this series. I pick up sweet green apples, green grapes and has the same sweet malty backbone as the others. My least favourite in the series but still very tasty.

McWorta (824) - LUXEMBOURG - JAN 3, 2015
Orange, light amber colour aith a light hazy hue. Frothy lasting medium dark white head with good lacings. Aromas of orange, faint notes of sweet white grapes, gooseberry, dried earth, some caramel malts and floral faintly herbal notes develop. Lightly effervescent qnd lisck textured with a medium body. Fruity gooseberry, grape sweetness up front coherently developping in balance supported by a subtle yet noticeable malt centre and harmonic hop bitterness. Lasting pleasant finish and highly palateable!
