Bottle. Pours a dark orange body with a massive cloudy white head. Aroma is floral citrus tones, grass, hay, horse blanket, kiwi and hints of wood and dry brett tones. Taste is dry grass, hay, stable tones, bretty horse tones, citrus, hints of kiwi, grapefruit and peaches. Medium body, high carbonation. Extremely complex and refreshing at the same time; excellent work by Anchorage and Mikkel.

Note: This had been aged about a year. First off, DUCK! This fucker almost took an eye out opening it. There was an impressive amount of head produced on it. The aromas are pepper and citrus. A sharp palate that starts strong and goes up from there. I was taken by surprise by the bologna and smoked gouda sandwich flavor. There is a pepper and bell pepper flavor mixed in there as well. Warms nicely and produces a more balanced flavor as the floral and sour become better represented. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle aged about a year. Sour, cheese and black pepper nose, a lot of black pepper and smoked meat across the palate. Light body and shirt finish. A little weird initially but it seems to mellow out a little as it warms up. You start to get the more enjoyable floral hops and subtle sour characteristics more. Not very well balanced but maybe that’s cause it’s not meant to be aged. I’d thought I’d try though...

Dull golden yellow & a bit hazy .. Med head. Smells..tropical fruits, even mango and passionfruit, def a horse blanket thing going on- never thought I’d say that but I have. Tastes..very fruity hops tropically dominant, super hop bitterness and that wet blanket thing. Good, but not as great as it was supposed to be.

Explosive. Cork flew out the bottle and the beer gushed all over the table. Otherwise delicious, with a good balance of funk and hops.

750mls, caged and corked bottle. Poured a hazy golden color with a white head. Grassy, floral hops, and pine with the brett funkiness making itself apparent. I though this was a nice mix and well done - nice hoppiness with the brett.

From the bottle to glass. Yellowish, cloudy, pour, with lots of carb. and a fluffy egg white head. Not much lacing left on glass. Brett is dominant on the nose, slight hoppy aroma, and tropical fruits. Taste is bitter, funk, fruits, and slightly dry finish. Very easy drinking considering the alcohol %, and the brett. Overall not bad, but the price point is too high to drink again.

Bottled 750ml@VWPBF Hazy deep orange color, good cloudy white head. Bretta, fruity-hayish hoppyness. Medium-bodied. Very funky, lots of Bretta, fruity citrus hoppyness. Nice farmhouse flavors.
