Bottle from Sun Devil Liquors. Pours pineapple yellow with a white head that disappears quickly. Has a bit of sourness on the nose. Combines Brett funk with a piney hop but they’re both kind of drowned out. Finishes clean. Interesting try but doesn’t quite work.

Bottle from Belmont Station, Portland. Batch #2, November 2012. Sooooo glad this came back! Pours a clear, burnished golden orange, lots of off-white head. Aroma dank, heady, swimming with Bretty funk and bright citrus notes. Body very lively, finish somewhat sweeter than I remember batch #1 being. More farmhouse, less IPA? Delicious at any rate...

First let me say that this bottle was purchased of a room temp shelf in Dublin. When the cage was removed the cork exploded and the bottle erupted. Nothing but cat piss and brett on the nose, no fruit no citrus like other descriptions have mentioned. Way to much off white/tan head. Mouth feel is thin, flavors are muddled and muted. hops flavor coming through as a bit of citrus with lingering bitterness. I can taste hints greatness, masked unfortunately, by the mishandling of this beer. :-(

750 ml bottle. Pours a lightly hazy orange with a short lived white head. Aroma is wild fruits, yeast. Flavor is vanilla, fruits, oldish, wild yeast, orange, lemon, lime. Finish is herbal and citrus bitterness. Some tartness and brett funk. Lingering herbal notes. Medium body, soft and creamy mouthfeel, average level of carbonation. Very strong, good, flavorful.

Smells like citrus, hay, and a lot of funk. Pours a cloudy yellow color, with a lot of head. The taste is moderately bitter and dry. Medium bodied with average carbonation. It really stuck a balance between funky and hoppy if you don’t mind some funky fresh brett this beer is absolutely amazing.

Backlog...tried this via bottle and possibly on draft at Farmers cab for their Mikkeller event. Poured hazy bright orange with massive head. Really foamed out and lasting. Smell was hay, grass, grainy malt, floral hops, and light funk. Taste is most of the same with lots of brett coming through. I don’t like brett in Ipa’s but this one worked pretty well.

Bottle, bought @ Kihoskh, Cph. Pours clear yellow with a medium, frothy white head. Aroma has sweet malts, grapefruit, citrus, funk. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has citrus, grapefruit, funk, leather, dry and bitter. Lovely, lingering bitterness.

UPDATED: AUG 31, 2013 Bottle from mane liquor. Pours a cloudy yellow with a frothy white head. Nose has citrus acidity and lemon peel. Taste is quite dry with that sweet citrus acidity shining through. Has hints of Chardonnay about it with heavy pine/stone fruit needles. Zesty farmhouse hop bitterness. Fucking awesome. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Location/Date:Bottle split with Dave on August 24, 2013.

Appearance: Pours a yellow cloud.
Aroma: Aroma of funk, light pine.
Taste: Light medium pine bitterness, lemon/orange, funky.
Palate:Light body, quick aftertaste.

Summary: Really glad I stumbled upon this at state line. Really nice stuff. A Mikkeller/Anchorage combination sounds great to me.
