Bardzo ladna, biala piana, barwa z?ocista, opalizujaca. W aromacie bretty! Konska derka, wies, siano, to wszystko polaczone z brzoskwinia, aromatami owocowymi. W smaku bardzo lekkie, jak na piwo ktore ma 8% alk, to bardzo pijalne. Fajna szlachetna, krotka, goryczka. ?wietnie piwo:)

Bottle @ fonefan berliner weisse, cream ale multistate tasting. Huge head with excellent duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are extremely powerful brett, citrus, malt, pepper, fruits and hops. X-factor beer. Finish is slightly over carbonated.

First taste was tart, juicy lemon with a hint of apricot, a touch of malty sweetness, and substantial brett funk. As the beer warmed, the brett mellowed and melded more into a backbone of sweet grains and fruit flavors: peach, mango, more lemon, tangerine, and grapefruit. I took about an hour to sip my tulip, and the more the beer developed, the more I liked it. I felt this was a nearly perfect blend of sweet/funky/bitter.

(Batch#2 nov.

Bottle shared with Svans Hærge. Lethal explotion at takeoff. The cork left a serious mark in the ceiling, but was never found again. Poors an enormous bubbling off-white head, which turns into an unclear orange beer. The aroma is magnificent. Horse staple, grapefruit, sweet citrus and herbs. Fresh bubbling palate, wellbalanced complex flavor, ligt acidic, medium sweet and bitter. Moutharoma is very intriguing aswell. Mandarine, grapefruit, herbs and that lovely brett. Awsome

Smells like citrus, hay, and a lot of funk. Pours a cloudy yellow color, with a lot of head. The taste is moderately bitter and dry. Medium bodied with average carbonation. It really stuck a balance between funky and hoppy if you don’t mind some funky fresh brett this beer is absolutely amazing.

From corked/caged bottle with painted label showing a green dripping block face. Pours brassy golden with good clarity and white halo of tight bubbles that show some lacing. Lychee and passion fruit aromatics turn to mild shellac, grapefruit pith and funky cheese on the nose, white grape juice and fresh pineapple sweetness with basement flavors, drying-- almost bracing-- towards finish, lean body and champagne-level carbonation; an elegant showcase of brett and tropical fruity hops. Pithy bitter notes coat the tongue as it warms.

A 750ml caged and corked bottle from Batch #4, bottled in October 2015. Poured into a Mikkeller long stemmed tulip glass. It poured a cloudy golden straw yellow colour with a two finger white head with good retention and left great lacing. Aromas are big juicy tropical mango and pineapple, citrus lemon, lemon peel, lime, orange, some brett and funk with a hint of black peppercorn and herbs. Taste is quite similar to the aromas with tropical mango and pineapple shouting out followed by lots of citrus lemon and orange, peel and rind. There’s some light farmhouse funk, hay and pepper spice on the finish. Dry, light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Overall, just brilliant. Brett doesn’t always work, but it works so well in this Farmhouse IPA. Very nice tropical and citrus aromas and taste that worked well together and coupled with the light farmhouse funkiness was very balanced. The 8% abv just did not feel like it was there and I was drinking it like it was a sessionable beer. A must buy beer in my book.
