Large pop and highly active carbonation. Pours a large frothy white head atop an active, carbonated clear light gold body. Nose is highly yeasty, peppery and filled with green leaf. Great Brett front, with a strong IPA base. Nail polish and apple cider finish. Delicious, but not worth the price. Purchased at Cascadia Liquor (Quadra) in Victoria, for $22. Sampled at 12*C in a tulip glass.

75 cl. bottle. Pours a semi-clear yellow amber with a soapy, white head. Aroma has lots of lemony citrus hops, brettish barnyard dry hints, wet hay, horse. Taste has a high hop bitterness up front, with lots of dry brett notes. Some slightly sweeter citrus-fruity sweetness and tartness lingers through the middle, and ends off with a long, dry, bitter aftertaste. High, sparkling carbonation, well hidden alcohol and a fresh, matching body.

Bottle. Hazy yellow pour with white head. Aroma is intense with loads of notes from the yeast. Aroma has a special sourness to it. Taste is complex on many levels. Again sour notes although on a plesent level. Mandarin and citric acid. Acquired taste I presume..

White lacing; golden hey; perfume. Taste is rosemary; lemon grass; cooked beans, surely this is Dupont yeast? Coriander; clove; massive hit of Nelson Sauvin So clean and easy-drinking. Kiwi Sauvignon grape and Brassiere 4:20 style lemon cheesecake on the finish. Stunning. One of the best Mikkeller beers which I have had lately.

Bottle courtesy of Angelo, many thanks Angelo! consumed at home Friday 27th February 2015 Pale gold, quite hazy with a white head. As to the aroma Loz says stale wee, but we all disagree, however we all agree that it is very bretty, wonderfully bretty in fact. Soft in mouth there is a lovely tart tanginess some sweet over ripe grapefruit, a little dryness. Thoroughly enjoyed this. A8 A4 T8 P4 Ov16 4.0

Bottle. Big funky spicy fruity. Pillowy head. Fusty lemon, some tropics, plenty brett. Total winner and so unboozy it’s scary. More please.

Bottled 750ml. -from Svijet Piva Zagreb. Hazy orange coloured, medium sized airy white head, intensive brett in the nose. Moderate malty, grapefruit, oranges, light caramel, pretty strong brett presence and mild spices with peachy notes in the finish. Also brett and mild alcohol in the finish. Over-rated but pleasant.

750 ml bottle from Ammersin 5, Vienna.
Yellow, hazy body, with a big, frothy, stable, lacing, white head.
Wonderful, fresh aroma of citrus, lemongrass, apples, apricot, pineapple, dough, spices, vanilla, funk.
Taste follows this, great balance between bitter, sour, dry and sweet.
Medium, quite creamy mouthfeel, with a soft carbonation.
Finishes bitter, dry, sour-fruity, subtly sweet, a bit grassy.

Amazing, by far the best Farmhouse IPA I’ve had so far! Fresh, quaffable, complex, with various impressions from the hops, the Brett and the malts. Especially the nose is really exciting. Lovely!
