There was a slight sulphur aroma when I cracked this one which was a little off putting. Taste was well rounded between a little sour yeastie notes, pale almost sweet malts, and a freshness from the hops

I aromen hel del syrlighet, lite spontanjäst känsla.

Smells fruity sourish, yeasty. Starts very bitter hoppy, strong sourish. Middle part is hoppy sourish, slight flowery. Goes into a strong floral hoppy finish with some herbal notes.

33cl bottle Pale blond white foam. Citric yeasty nose. Light mouthfeel, a lot of carbonation. Citric notes, yeast, not a nice use of the brettas. Not good!

Slightly hazy golden colour with an off white head. Barnyard aroma with some citrus. Sweet taste with some sourness.

A light golden color with a slight haze, a finger of head that settles to a ring and leaves good lacing. Aroma is lightly fruity with some subtle lemon and floral scent as well as some brett character. Taste follows nose with some lemon and an accompanying mild tartness, light floral taste and brett in the background. Has some cheesy character also. Finishes very dry and mostly clean. Mouthfeel is crisp with a light body and high carbonation. Bottle is well over a year old and the brett has done its work making it dry and drinkable. But there’s nothing remarkable about it. It’s mediocre. Bottle bought at Royal Liquor.

Geschmack leicht hefig, fruchtig malzig, Gewürze, blumig.

Out of the bottle. Poured a golden straw color, which you could easily see thru. smells of citrusy peach funk. Drinks with a strong brett flavor, not much other sour going on. I would call it a session brett ale. its alright!
