3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Whole Foods, Bowery 33cl ($5): Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with a white head. Aroma is musty, musky, yeasty, with a slight vinegarish tinge. Taste is sour, but also has something farmhouse funky on top of that. Dry. With a slight sour aftertaste continuing. Not bad.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: JUN 16, 2013 11.2oz bottle. Unfiltered thick orange-tan body. After the initial gush, maintains a thin white head, Quite an enjoyable sour. Dry biscuity mouthfeel. Tropical sour flavors, pronounced Brett. Peppery noble hops. Displays a great balance and drinkability that most US sours lack. I would drink this beer every day. Really nails it. Some variation in bottles for sure.
