Pours gold, unpersistent foam. Nose: fruity base with hints of leather, musc and hop. Very, very light mouth. Very, very subtle aromas, almost watery. Sour and bitter finish. Aftertaste of Sake (rice based alcoholic drink). Not my taste at all !

Whole Foods, Bowery 33cl ($5): Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with a white head. Aroma is musty, musky, yeasty, with a slight vinegarish tinge. Taste is sour, but also has something farmhouse funky on top of that. Dry. With a slight sour aftertaste continuing. Not bad.

Bottle. Yellow cloudy. Nose has a bit bready malts, continental hops, light horsy funk. Body is light, dry. Well hopped. Barnyard, funk and a palate cleansing finish. Quite light body-wise, but good nontheless.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow amber colour, foam over white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of sour fruits, hay, yeast. Taste is thin fruity, some citrus, hay & earthy bitterness with a sour dry finish. Soda watery mouth feel, light body, fizzy high carbonation. Refreshing, quite OK.

11.2 oz bottle labeled as It’s Alright!. Pours clear orange with a fizzy white head. Aromas are fruity and with some hay and yeast notes. Very mild taste with the fruit showing through. Finishes a bit sour.

11.2oz bottle. Unfiltered thick orange-tan body. After the initial gush, maintains a thin white head, Quite an enjoyable sour. Dry biscuity mouthfeel. Tropical sour flavors, pronounced Brett. Peppery noble hops. Displays a great balance and drinkability that most US sours lack. I would drink this beer every day. Really nails it.

Bottle - under the "It’s Alright" moniker. Hazy golden amber with a short, foamy white head. Could swear I smelled pickles upon first whiff. And hints of funky cheese??? There’s also plentiful yeast, earthy notes, sour fruit and flowers. Taste is funky yeast notes, bold earthiness, musty basement, tart fruit, soft grains, dried flowers and horseblanket. Body is light and lively with a soft carbonation. Ends with more bountiful notes of funky yeast, damp earthiness, horseblanket, tart fruit, soft grains and floral notes.
