Bottle. Yellow to golden color. Medium white head, large bubbles, quickly goes down. Classic brett aromas, some malts, light floral hops, some cardamom. Slightly sweet, goes into the bitterness and ends with a tart dry finish. Quite light and refreshing. Interesting, but far from my favorites from Mikkeller.

Pours almost clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma has some barn, bit citrus, quite musty. Bottle

On tap at Mikkeller Viktoria. Slightly hazy golden with white head. Aroma malty, slight yeast, light fruit and light wheat. Taste is similar, light body, yeast, with a malty finish. Some herby hop notes.

Old rating…It’s alright bottle. Nice and light sour, nothing amazing. Brett, citrus, little funk, really crushable though…but who can session at that price?

33cl bottle with expiry 29/11/15. This tastes (and looks) basically like an attenuated Orval with a light maltiness, peppers, citrus (oranges mainly) and subtle Brett funkiness on the nose. Taste is lightly bitter and faintly sour with a crisp spicy dry hop finish. Palate is lightish and sessionable with a lively mouthfeel.

nice. After this the mouthfeel of the beer is a tiny bit of a letdown. A little too much carbonation for such a light palate. The flavor is nice, though. More sweet malt/fruit aspects and a bit of lambic & farmhouse funk. Finishes fairly clean with a bit of grain. Glad I tried one, but for $6.49 - not again..."

There was a slight sulphur aroma when I cracked this one which was a little off putting. Taste was well rounded between a little sour yeastie notes, pale almost sweet malts, and a freshness from the hops

I aromen hel del syrlighet, lite spontanjäst känsla.
