This version of the Itís Alive has the mango to give it that sweet fruity tropical fruit taste, while the Chardonnay barrel aging gives it a vineous character. Brett gives the tartness. Complex beer Ė it is very much alive!

Tap. Pours bit hazy amber with a medium white head. The aroma is yeasty and fruity with lots of sweet berries. The flavor is light acidic with white wine notes. Grapes and exotic fruit. The mango is not very profound.

Lightly hazy amber beer with a tidy cream coloured head. Palate is light, crisp and semi dry. Minerals. Light white wine and a touch of sourness. A little creamy malt in the mid. Mildly bitter seltzer minerals. Subtle mango before the minerally dry finish. Bitter minerally aftertaste.

Draft at Borefts 2013. Pours hazy orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is typical Itís Alive! with some additional red fruits, mango and some vinous notes. Taste has brett, fruitiness, red fruits and some vinous notes. Medium body and carbo.

Borefts 2013 - Tart wine aroma and initial sharp wine taste, quite acidic. Later the sweet mango helps tone down the sharpness. Finishes dry.

Heldere caramel kleur met een volle kraag. Zure geur. Smaakt een beetje mat. Net iets te zuur.

Pours a copper beer with a white head. Smells mango and tastes also like it. Low carbo, medium body and a sticky texture.

Tap @ Borefts 2013. Pours a clear amber beer with a thin off white head on top. Aroma is fruity, incredibly vineous with defintely big Chardonnay influences. Brett is also represented in the aroma. Mango is not really detectable. Flavor returns a lot of sweet sour Chardonnay influences and mango is slightly present here. Low carbo, well balanced, slightly watery mouthfeel.
