3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught, 9%. Good bretty aroma. Hazy red amber colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is acetic at first, then turns papery and fruity with a good earthy, horsey aftertaste. After a while it is mostly the acetic flavour, which is good. Does not taste 9% at all.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
375mL bottle, pours an opaque dark orange with a medium off-white head. Nose brings out loads of Chardonnay barrels upfront, followed by funk, an subdued mangos. Flavour brings out chardonnay and considerable funk upfront, with a little horse blanket that finishes along with the brett. The mangos aren’t really anywhere to be detected. If I didn’t know they were in here, I would’ve have noticed it at all. Nevertheless, this is a great funky vinous beer.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: JUN 16, 2013 Tap (Pudel Baar, Tallinn)
From a distance I can smell mango. Closer up, it’s pure brett funk, obviously they threw in a brett cube... But still, it’s quite well integrated. Slightly watery palate, crisp carbonation. No sign of the 8%. Light grainy malts, dry woodiness. Walnut coloured, tight fizzy head. Mellow, but a bit uninteresting in the taste. too easy to drink. Finish has nice old bitter hops. Doesn’t give me pause, but the ease of knocking it back at this strength is a compliment to the craft of the brewer.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. I have liked all of the beers in this series enormously, altough this one not as much. I dont really like the balance between the fruit and the "rest of the beer" (mening the sour and tart qualities). The fruit seems "throwed in" rather than part of the brew.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours nice amber with a big firm head.
At first a hoppy and bretty aroma, then a more complex fruityness.
Quite balanced tartness, lots of fruit and rather vinous and big bodied.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
375ml bottle in a tulip. Pours copper with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of sourness and funk, some white wine, a little dough and caramel malts, and light mango. Flavor the same with a nice blend of everything and a light mango finish. Average texture. A pretty good beer.
