I had such high hopes food this one. The Grand Marnier barreling didn’t do much for it. Just seemed like it was lacking.

Bottle from Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours cloudy amber with a foamy off-white head and a fruity aroma. There is a sour fruit flavor with a huge yeast presence and a dry bitter finish.

Bottle from Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours clear copper with a fizzy off-white head. Aroma is brett and orange. Not really super sour. Med body. Flavor is bretty/earthy/oaky/astringent with orange zest. It finishes sour and astringent - with brett and orange. And wood. Sucks the moisture right out of the mouth.

Pours amber with a beige head that fades to a collar. Aroma is very bretty, horse blanket funk, musty, oranges, woody. Taste is nice, not quite what i was expecting, brett funk, there is definitely orange notes from the grand marnier, finish is a pretty dry. Good brew but I’m not sure id spend 14.99 on another bottle.

Fruity and light acidic aroma of oranges, orange peel and barnyard.
Fruity and light acidic flavour of rubber, barnyard and orange peel.
Tart finish of oranges.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes malt, caramel, grand marnier, and alcohol, leading to a dry finish.

37.5 cl bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is brett, wineous and smooth fruity. Dry bretty and crisp hoppy. Lingering fruity and mixed brett and grapefruity. Smooth grand marnier fruity. Dry bretty finish.

38cl, new exclusive Danish brew Anno 2013, with Brettanomyces, from De Hopduvel Gent, complex brew, malty/sweet and slightly woody/fruity, yet not balanced, clear, rocky head, good brew, yet very expensive!
