On tap. Pours an orange brown with medium head. Aromas of oranges and toffee. Flavours of pine, toffee, brown sugar, and bitter orange peel. Poured cold - likely better a bit warmer. Belgian Strong? With all these hops?

Pours amber with high creamy beige head. Intense lacing. Aroma is of malt, caramel. Taste is of malt, caramel, alcohol, candi sugar, slight bitterness. Palate: Light-medium body. Overall: Nice. Belgian. Malty (way more than orval?). A bit heavy: there is sugar in there. Not overly complex.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at Mikk&friends. Crazy, glowing salmon-orange, cloudy, lace. Hoppy, bretty, fruity, caramel nose, like a big Orval. Light funky, with peaches, orange, melon. Complex. Malty, yeasty flavor. Caramel, peaches, toffee, funk, grass, booze. A bit of a mess, though heading in intesting directions. Too malty, too boozy, though nice fruit and funk going on.

Draft at 3for floyds. Aroma is totally sour. Sour apples and a touch of lemon. Taste starts out with a bit of sour but finishes with no sour and a ton of brett.

Fruity and pretty much how I think a light Belgian light ale should be. I'd prefer the Orval though.

Smells of summer and berries! Though, this soon dissappears after pouring. It pours golden and hazy with a frothy but passing white head. Light sweetness, lightly bitter, refreshing and tasty. Light body, thin feel, average carbonation, long bitter finish which also turns a bit too sweet for my taste. It is, after all, a nice beer.
