Tap @ borefts beer festival 2012. Light beer with a white head. Looks good. Smels like cow and wild yeast. Not that sour though.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Not as good as the straight spontanale, Less balanced and more horse blankety. A little too rough for my liking

The head is robust, the body gold-brown and cloudy. It smells sour and woody. The taste is a bit sour, woody-bitter, a bit citrus. Good! 11/11/10/9/-/9

Fruchtiger säuerlicher Beginn. Herber werdend, eher gering bitter. Harmonisch, rund, fruchtig holziges Finish. 12/9/10/10//10

at De Molen Festival 2012 ... (flat) Hazy amber ... soft fruits ... lightest funk nose ... sour soft fruits ... light soft fruits ... quite dull ... and only a little tartness.

On tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours hazy golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is sour and funky, with brett, oak, nuts, sour apples and some earthy notes. Flavour is sour with a fruity vinegar, nuts, earthy notes and grapes. Finishes with a sour, quite bitter citrus.

draft at BBF, had the CBC and flat version. The flat was from Copenhagen this year and the CBC was 4 months of carbonation. Notes of sour brett, wood, white grapes, and some other fruit. Kind of a weird flavor for me, something in there that is metallic or rusty.

flat version on BBF . feels very alive on the tongue, not that sour. no real aftertaste

CBC Version. - Bright blond colour. Initial sharp, sparkling wine like sourness. Becomes dry, woody and quite bitter in the finish.

Flat version and indeed flat on appearance, with light hazy orange body. Vinegar, more in taste than aroma. Apples. Fairly moderate. Taste is rough, metallic. It’s okay. (On tap at Borefts 2012)
