On tap. Hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is a little farty but othewise surprisingly beery. Light body, dry and surprisingly bitter - even a slight whiff of butter? - and only slughtly tart. More bitter than tart. Again surprisingly beery and carbonated for a Jonge lambik. 170512

Draught at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen, as Jonge Lambic, listed at 5% abv
Cloudy copper to light amber color, with small head but persistent lace. The aroma is reminiscent of mold, feet and manure, not truly Lambic; more liquid pork manure than cheese. It has nevertheless a good character of bitter oranges, with shadows of Brett, a balanced flavor, very light but pertinent residual sweetness, pleasing astringent character, all this I very interesting. It hasp had a respectable bitterness, with some fruity accents. Controversial but good.

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours shiney gold with a fine, white foam head. Light, sweaty pale malt nose with mild tangy citrus, some straw and lemony tang. Light sweet flavor, somewhat buttery, a bit of dough, soft tanginess. Light in body with fine carbonation. Mild sweet finish with some tangy bread. Faintly sweaty and buttery. Kind of odd, though the roughness evens out by the end.
