Unclear to clear medium yellow to orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, butter - butterscotch - diacetyl. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120511]

UPDATED: NOV 29, 2012 From tap, cbc version. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild toasted and butterish malty. Bitter, toasted and light butterish. Smooth and toasted. Smooth toasted malty finish.

On tap. Hazy golden with a small white head. Nose is a little farty but othewise surprisingly beery. Light body, dry and surprisingly bitter - even a slight whiff of butter? - and only slughtly tart. More bitter than tart. Again surprisingly beery and carbonated for a Jonge lambik. 170512

Draught at CBC 2012. Clear orange coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel, hops, grass and butterscotch. Fruity flavour of caramel, spices, hops, grass and butterscotch. Dry hoppy finish.

Draft @ CBC 2012. Pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with no head. Has a fruity grainy weak tart and weak hoppy aroma. Fruity weak tart bitter flavor with citrus hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty weak tart finish.

Copenhagen Beer Celebration, 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a small white head. Peach, spices, yeast and a whiff of diacetyl. Medium bodied.

Pitcher. Weak malty aroma. Hazy amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is malty with a mild earthiness and a little hop bite to finish.

UPDATED: DEC 10, 2012 Pitcher at CBC 2012 - while eating. Clear amber - white head. Caramel, nice sourish, lots of wood, fruity, light cheese, red berries, fatness, light diacetyl like fatness. at De Molen Festival 2012 ... (flat) Hazy amber ... soft fruits ... lightest funk nose ... sour soft fruits ... light soft fruits ... quite dull ... and only a little tartness.
