On tap at CBC, enjoyed with beerbiker and evil stepdad, served during the dinner, according to the chef, but since no one else has rated this, i might be wrong. Sleightly hazy golden/orange with a small white head. Sweet flowery nectar arom, light sourness aswell. Mild bitter flavor with a very fresh acidity and again mild nectar sweetness. Nice!

UPDATED: DEC 10, 2012 Pitcher at CBC 2012 - while eating. Clear amber - white head. Caramel, nice sourish, lots of wood, fruity, light cheese, red berries, fatness, light diacetyl like fatness. (6/3/6/3/15).... ReRate: Draught at MikkellerBAR (2 month old). Cloudy amber - white head. High fruity. Wooden. Light sourish. Super high drinkability. Light sharpness. Peppery. Cheese notes. Lovely. CBC 2012, Copenhagen. Special brewed to dinners at CBC. Yellow/golden beer, hazy with a small offwhite head. Sweet and sour, fruity, hoppy aroma. Caramell, fruity, hoppy, grassy and spicy aroma. A nice dinnerberr, thanks to Mikkeller :-)

Draft courtesy of Mikkel, thank you sir! Hazy golden color, small fluffy white head. Aroma of fig newtons and white bread. Taste ihas a sweet start, then slightly bitter and only very slightly sour. Nice choice for the dinner.

Served at dinner at CBC. Clear golden with a stable 1/2 finger layer of white foamy head. Light tart, light malt, quite hoppy for a lambic - abricots, floral hops, yellow plums. Taste is dry, medium bitter, light acidic finish, pairs very well with the food. Very young, very easy to drink.

12-MAY-2012, served with dinner @CBC. Orange with huge fluffy almost white head. Very fruity with oranges and apricots. Some hops. Simple, slightly tart and somewhat sweet. Pairs nice with dinner. Really a session beer. Can lambic be a session beer? OK and fresh.

From a jug at the CBC. Cloudy amber. Oaky, some yeast. Fruity, citrus, peaches, some funk, but nothing outstanding about this.

tap at CBC, clear yellow, small offwhite head. flavor is berryish, mild sour, slightly tart. Aroma is pretty mild, slightly tartish.
