Bottle, 6.2% 4 months. Clear golden with tiny off-white head. Aroma is malt, barnyard, fruit and a little sulfur. Flavour is malt, little barnyard, little tart, little citrus, fruit, hop, little leather and a little bitter.

Draft at Beer Temple. Pours hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma of tart fruits, barnyard funk, damp, leather and a certain cheesiness. Flavour is moderate sour. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Draft @ Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity woody weak funky yeasty citrus aroma. Fruity malty slightly tart funky citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty woody funky citrus finish.

Bottled, from Ølbutikken, Copenhagen. Hazy golden, minimal head. Apply citric nose. Sweetidh with medium body and clean rounded mouthfeel. Mostly green apples and citrus. Low bitterness. Sweetish and sterile.

Tap (on the house). Probably my only christmas gift this year. Hazy golden with small white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is brett, fruit and slight acidic. Taste light acidic and fruity with brett in the finish. Ends dry and slight bitter.
