Super easy, smooth citrus fresh fruit funk. Sour but suppable, gently great. Very tasty. Only 3 left and I have Eisbock in fridge. Don’t want a malt liquor.

From tap at Borefts, 4 month version. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, bretty and light citrusy to orange fruity. Smooth lingering fruity and mild citric to tart fruity. Mellow and light bretty finish.

Bottle@Home. Definitely a lambic character. Not aggressive at all. Sweetish, sourish, leather. Very easy going.

37.5 cl bottle @ home. Pours slightly cloudy golden with a white head that leaves virtually no lacing. Aroma is surprisingly sweet with grapes, malt, yeast, and a little funk. Flavour is grapes, oak, and a little sourness – with a dry finish.

UPDATED: APR 25, 2013 On keg at Euston tap, sour low carbonated young lambic, quite funky barnyard, cheese and of course citrus tones. Good try at the style although made at de proufbrewerij I’d expect that. Too expensive to buy over cantillon.

Sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2012. Pours a hazy and amber beer with a white head. The aroma is malt, tart and fruit. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is acidic. Overall a beer below average.

38cl, at 6.2%Vol, as Jonge Spontanale 4 month, new exclusive Danish brew Anno 2012, from Beers of Europe Setchey, not complex sour brew, malty/woody and slightly sour/fruity, easy to drink, yet not balanced, clear, small head, nice brew, yet expensive!

Bottle. Hazy golden color, medium fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus, straw, dust. Taste is very softly sour bread and lemon peel. Decent.

Draught at In de Wildeman, Amsterdam, also called "flat"
Hazy golden color, creamy head. The aroma has some funkiness and sourness, but also a sweet and milky touch, light feety touch; it reminds me of a faro. The mouthfeel is smooth, quite dry; mild funky flavor, light orange peel, moderate astringency; there is a light residual sweetness.
Very elegant and balanced, excellent.
