4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Spero di trovare altri prodotti simili firmati Made in Denmark. Da provare!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
(Bottle) Cloudy amber with very thin head. Pleasant aroma, green apples and hints of funk and maybe candy. Light body with plentiful carbonation. Refreshing green apple and citrus tart start, developing spicy, oak flavours and hints of earthiness and funk, leaving a long aftertaste with notes of peppery spice and tea. Young lambic is new to me, and I rather enjoyed it - very refreshing, but complex and challenging too.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle: Poured a clear light golden color lambic with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some light green apple notes. Taste is also dominated by some tart notes with light woody notes and some very subtle acidic notes at the end. Body is light with good carbonation for style. Not as complex as some of the Belgian Lambic but still very enjoyable and very easy to drink.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Very slightly hazy gold pour with thin bubbly white head. Aroma is green, fresh funky aromas, sweat, brett, sour dough, wet grains. Taste is tart, not too sour, light bretty funkiness, still pretty malty. Palate is light, a bit undercarbed maybe, dry finish. Not super refined, but very refreshing, bright.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
375 ml bottle from czar - thanks, mate. Pours a veiled and sediments-filled pale golden with a short lived white head. Aroma is wine, cheese, sweat, unripe fruit. Flavor is fruits, wild yeast, humidity, malt. Finish is very dry, very brett-ish, wild yeast, tartness. Lots of tartness. Medium body, strong carbonation. Good!

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle (375 ml). Slightly hazy golden/orange with a small fully lasting off-white head (almost beige) and little lacing. There’s some funky notes in the aroma along with green apple notes (in a good way), barnyard, brettanomyces, leather and light sweetness notes. Taste is moderately sweet (not cloying, but a little more than expected) with brettanomyces, some funk and fruity notes. Light to medium body. Lively carbonation. Slightly dry finish (could be drier though). Quite enjoyable. Another good offering from Mikkeller "spontan" series. It’s in the same league as the good Belgian lambics. Drinkable.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: SEP 29, 2013 Pours a hazy dark golden with a thin cover of foam that leaves some lacing. Aroma is of funky cheese rind, cereals and citrus. Taste has a nice acidity but is only lightly tart and not a full sour. Green apples and lemon flavors. Body is medium-light and it is really refreshing. Not overly complex but still really enjoyable! I need to find some Spontanale now...
